Dr. McIlmoyle enjoys working with individuals of all athletic abilities and ages. Staying active is a key component to overall health, and by maintaining a healthy musculoskeletal system, individuals can avoid many of the problems attributed to aging. Overall balance of muscles and joints is one of the keys to avoiding age related arthritis, aches and pains. The idea of balance in the system helps the elite athlete to perform at their best and non-athletes to enjoy daily activites.
